History
Over the past few years, the Mennel Leadership Mentoring Programme (MLMP) has successfully mentored and trained over 300 talented mentees in leadership development. This programme was officially inaugurated as MLMP in 2020.
It however was operating more particularly in the Capital of Ghana, Accra since 2015 with the support of few non-profit organizations as partners. The team also travelled across Ghana to provide youth empowerment to communities (mostly rural areas) and high schools.
Our program provides essential competencies such as personal leadership, decision-making, strategic planning, reflective thinking, and communication to help our mentees become effective leaders.
Why mentorship in a leadership programme?
A study on the most successful Entrepreneurs and International Business Managers have demonstrated that the transfer of knowledge and experience has contributed to their success stories.
It is also believed that mentorship can help inculcate the right business/leadership etiquette, mindset and training to the less experienced. It reduces the risk of repeating mistakes and increases the chances of higher productivity and a better future.
